DEPOSITS: Buyers must supply valid Credit Card Information prior to each sale in order to gain access to our online auctions. A deposit of $500, at Regal Auctions' discretion, per item purchased will be charged to the credit card provided.

PAYMENT & PICKUP: All units **MUST** be paid for and picked up by 5:00pm on Thursday February 13th to avoid storage fees.

CONDITIONAL OFFERS: For vehicles where the reserve is not met, we will contact the high bidder once consignors have reviewed recorded high bids – typically on the day of sale close.

PURCHASE INVOICES: Invoices for purchases will be sent by email following close of sale.
 
SALE CLOSING: The auction is set for a staggered soft close. Lots will begin closing at the scheduled time and continue to close in ascending order for the duration of the sale closing. Bidding extension is active and set to 3 minutes. Any bid in the final 3 minutes will reset this timer until bidding has ceased.
 
MAX BIDS: We strongly recommend entering maximum bids to avoid missing the sale close. Maximum bid amounts will not be visible to other bidders and the system will place bids on your behalf only as required to keep you in the high bid position until your maximum bid is reached.
