PAYMENT: 
Following the close of the auction all buyers will be sent a purchase list with payment details, pickup instructions and a link to pay balance (<$5000).

• Visa and MasterCard will be accepted to a limit of $5,000.
• Other forms of payment are Wire Transfer, Online Bill Payment or Email Transfer.
• ** Payment is due no later than Friday, August 1st at 5:00 pm **

PICKUP DATES AND DETAILS: 
Please note: Appointments are required for pick up. You will be provided a link to book a pick up appointment after the sale has closed. Please monitor your email and check your junk folder. Items shall be picked up at the address provided above unless otherwise stated in the lot description.

• Any purchasers requiring Regal Auctions staff or equipment loading assistance may do so with the assumption of risk/liability for your property.
• Any items remaining after Wednesday August 13th at 5:00 pm shall be deemed abandoned and become property of Regal Auctions Ltd with NO REFUND.
• Pallets & dunnage are not supplied unless noted in the Lot description.

AS IS / WHERE IS: 
By participating in this auction bidders agree to the posted terms of sale and hereby acknowledge items are sold "As Is, Where Is".  Bidders also agree the following:

• Item descriptions are to be used as a guide only.  
• All Hour readings are AS READ. Auctioneer makes no guarantees to the age or history of equipment in this auction sale.
• Auctioneer will not be liable for defects or inaccuracies in the description, authenticity or functionality.
• Bidders acknowledge that all lots were made available for inspection prior to the auction and it is their responsibility to inspect all goods prior to bidding.
• All measurements are approximate, it is the bidders responsibility to confirm during viewing days.

SALE CLOSING: 
The auction is set for a staggered soft close. Lots will begin closing at 10AM and continue to close in ascending order for the duration of the sale closing. Bidding extension is active and set to 3 minutes. Any bid in the final 3 minutes will reset this timer until bidding has ceased. 
  
Max Bids - We strongly recommend entering maximum bids to avoid missing the sale close. Maximum bid amounts will not be visible to other bidders and the system will place bids on your behalf only as required to keep you in the high bid position until your maximum bid is reached. 
  
Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids due to connection or software errors.
